Plantronics Y-Training Cable w/Mute Switch and QD Lock (27019-03, 85S07AA) | The Plantronics Y-Training Cable allows for two Plantronics Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets to connect to the same headset adapter. It provides supervisors and managers a means to monitor agent calls for training feedback. It includes an in-line mute switch for supervisor privacy as well as a QD clamp to secure the cable to the headset adapter.
