Cloud SWEET! allows you to add in depth call reporting without the cost associated with hosting an application on-premise. You'll add no extra hardware and no extra software because Cloud SWEET! is a completely hosted service in the cloud.

This is an annual special for new Cloud SWEET! customers. This license is required when the Cloud SWEET! base system is installed at an Avaya IP Office main site and reporting is also required on an additional Avaya IP Office that has a network connection to the main site.
