TN2313AP Features
  • Interfaces a DS1 trunk to the switch backplane
  • Compatible with previous 24-channel DS1 circuit packs, including the TN464F (V19 and below), the TN2464 (V19 and below), and the TN767E DS1, except that it does not provide for packet adjunct capabilities
  • Supports a variety of applications, including networking of Definity switches, international trunk types, video teleconferencing, and wideband data transmission
  • On S8500, S8700, and S8710 Media Servers, this circuit pack does not directly support D-channel signaling and thus does not directly support ISDN-PRI connectivity. However, the TN767 circuit can indirectly support D-channel signaling provided that the central office supports nonfacility associated signaling (NFAS)
  • Can be configured for 24-channel, 1.544 Mbps
  • Can supply two 8-Khz reference signals to the switch backplane for options use by the tone/clock board in synchronizing the system clock to the received line clock
  • The TN23132AP is firmware downloadable
