| The Partner Voice Messaging PC
Card works with your Partner ACS (R1.1 or higher) system and ensures that
your customers’ calls are handled quickly and efficiently—day or night—
according to your specifications. |
| You can program the voice
messaging system to complement your business environment. For example, the
voice messaging system can be programmed to serve as a “backup” when the
daytime receptionist is busy and at night when no receptionist is available.
The voice messaging system can answer outside calls, play a customized
message prompting the caller to press digits to reach the person with whom
the caller wants to speak, and route the call to the appropriate person—all
without the aid of a receptionist. |
| And if the employee called is
unavailable to answer the call, the voice messaging system allows the caller
to leave a private message in the employee’s voice mailbox or transfer to
the receptionist or another extension for assistance. |
