What is the '90 Day Advance Replacement Service'?
If there are any problems with your Avaya Communication, Lucent Technologies, or Nortel Networks product in the first 90 days, we'll ship you a replacement item along with a prepaid call tag to ship the original product back.  The original product must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the value of the replacement item. You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify for this service.
 
Can I return my product?
For your convenience, we offer returns on both new and like new products   All returns must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice.  A 20% restocking fee is charged on all new product returns.  There is no restocking fee on like new product returns when received within the 14 day return policy.  When a product is returned, the 'FREE Ground Shipping'  offer is waived, and the refund includes the total charge amount minus the shipping charge.  Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.  Incomplete or defective returns will be refused.  All software including license keys, feature activations, and administration software are purchased as-is and are not eligible for return.  For any questions or to request a return authorization, please call 800-929-8061.  We will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer repair services?
We provide our own in-house repair department with 12 full time technicians.  We repair and remanufacture virtually every product in the Lucent/Avaya line.  Our certified technicians have over 20 years of experience and provide flat rate repairs.  One repair.  One charge.  If we can't fix it, then you don't pay.
When will I receive my order?
The vast majority of our orders are shipped the same day as placed.  If there is any significant delay in shipment, you will be contacted promptly by one of our friendly service representatives.  We provide FREE Ground Shipping (Continental US Only) on every online order and offer 2-day, and Overnight services.  For orders shipped via Ground, please use the Ground Services Shipping Map below to determine when your order will arrive.

Do you provide technical support?
We offer 60** days of free technical support to our customers for isolated feature-related and setup-related questions.  This includes the majority of system feature questions, telephone user setup and feature questions, and voice mail setup questions.  Extensive system support is scheduled by appointment and charged hourly ($100/hour).
 
For initial installation and programming of complete phone or voicemail systems, we recommend contracting a professional installer and programmer.

What products carry manufacturer warranties?
All new Polycom, Plantronics, Bogen, and Intellitouch products carry extensive one year (or greater) manufacturer's warranties.  These product warranties are covered by their respective manufacturer and are not covered by Metroline.
