Because of limited supply in the secondary market and increased failures in service, we no longer support many of the components required for the Merlin Classic Systems. We still support the complete line of Standard Telephones and Speakerphones (BIS). If you have a defective control unit, we recommend upgrading your system to the small business system currently supported by Avaya, the Partner Advanced Communications System (ACS).
