Avaya has transitioned 1400 and 1600 series telephones to a global form factor. Global phones have the English language text removed from the faceplate and use icons to communicate button functions such as message, menu, headset, mute, and speaker. The global form factor is the currently manufactured model.
Many customers still want the English text labels below the global icon feature buttons. If you want the English text labels below each button and not just icons, then these label overlays are a must have!
