The Avaya IP500 Control Unit is the main processing unit for the IP Office IP500 system.  IP Office 5.0 or greater provides support for up to 384 users.

  • VCM Card Slots - Supports a maximum of 128 channels
  • Voicemail Channels - Maximum 30 usable for Voicemail Pro/TAPI WAV connection sessions

The Avaya IP500 control unit and IP500 external expansion units can be rack mounted into 19-inch rack systems if required.  The rack mount can be adjusted to several positions on the IP500 unit depending on environmental requirements.

Rack mount kit includes:
  • A rack mounting bracket and screws for attachment of bracket to the unit
  • Nuts and bolts for rack attachment
  • Brackets and cable ties for cable organization
